Choosing the color is a step that always makes me excited and afraid at the same time! For me, it is a crucial step, because color can bring the whole mood of the story.
On this project, I tried to narrow the scope of my color selection. Because the story is simple and somewhat romantic (between mother and her son), I decided to emphasize sweet-light pastel colors. Apart from that, because orchids are important in this story, I deliberately made the color tones match the natural green and white, to suit the orchid plants.
